About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Community Outreach Specialist to join our team on a significant project. The ideal candidate will be someone personable who enjoys working with others and engaging with local communities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with owners, leaseholders, tenants, and occupiers of land and any other landholders impacted by our activities or works.
2. Prepare community notifications and construction updates, and attend community events.
3. Ensure all works notifications and project collateral use branded templates.
4. Draft Communications Action Plans for planned and unplanned construction works.
5. Obtain permissions and approvals from relevant owners, leaseholders, tenants, and occupiers of land and any other landholders for changes to land, access, or property infrastructure.
6. Manage on-call 24/7 enquiries to address community and stakeholder issues.
7. Record all interactions in a consultation database within 48 hours of an event occurring.
8. Manage engagement with owners, leaseholders, tenants, and occupiers of land and any other landholders where relevant land is potentially affected by our works or activities.
9. Contribute to the delivery of a Social Delivery Management Plan.
