If you're looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact, this opportunity is for you!In this stand-alone role you will be reporting to the Country General Manager in Australia and working closely with the HR Director based in Singapore.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement annual HR strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.Compliance and Employee Relations: Support managers in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning efforts, manage recruitment processes, and collaborate with external recruitment partners to attract top talent.Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the induction and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and manage offboarding processes with sensitivity and professionalism.Performance Management: Monitor and support developmental requirements, including probationary reviews and addressing performance management issues.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Management Plans and Policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.About You:At least 5 years of experience in an HR function, ideally from the hospitality industry.Strong influential skills and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of the Modern Slavery Act.Strong planning and organizational skills.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
