Your opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are currently seeking a motivated Customer Development Manager for the Emerald team. Covering the Emerald Region with a high volume in mine account management work. Industry experience would be highly regarded for this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Securing new business while maintaining existing customers

- Developing and maintaining customer relationships

- Maintaining weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer and business expectations are met

- Work alongside the regional sales manager to achieve the budgeted branch portfolio gain

- Identify and pursue potential areas for growth

- Maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline

- Advise customers of the total Flick-Anticimex range of products and services

- Build relationships with prospective & current clients to generate leads, convert and close sales

- Provide accurate and on time weekly reporting

- Monitor and review individual targets and provide feedback to the branch manager

Essential Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales

- Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Proven sales experience and the ability to generate new business leads

- Able to negotiate win-win outcomes

- Be a self-starter with an ability to build relationships with new and established clients

- Be well presented and have good interpersonal and oral communication skills

- Be driven to achieve sales results

- A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role

- Be professional and reliable with a willingness to accept responsibility

- An interest, understanding and passion for the industry

- Have the ability to work unsupervised

- A good eye for detail

- Ability to deliver and exceed sales budgets and meet deadlines

- Time management and planning skills

- Understanding of financial/budget information and processes
