BARISTA (ANZSCO 431112)
We’re looking for a skilled Barista who prides themself on exceptional coffee craft and customer engagement.
Salary: AUD 71,600 to AUD 76,515 per year
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Brew and serve specialty espresso and coffee beverages
* Maintain and clean coffee equipment
* Provide friendly and professional service to guests
* Help manage stock at the coffee station
Selection Criteria:
* 1–2 years of barista experience
* Skilled with commercial espresso machines and grinders
* Knowledgeable about coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art
* Able to work quickly and precisely during peak times
* Excellent communication and service skills
