ACA is offering exciting entry-level Aged Care Traineeships for individuals looking to start a new career or make a career change. This opportunity allows you to complete the nationally recognised CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining paid, hands-on experience in a Residential Aged Care facility.
This traineeship combines on-the-job training, learning, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for career changers, return-to-work candidates, and those passionate about supporting older Australians.
What’s in it for you?
* CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) at no cost to you
* Paid work while you train, including paid study time

* Minimum of 15 hours per week
* Base rate + superannuation + leave entitlements
Who we’re looking for
* Applicants who do not already hold this qualification
* Warm, respectful, and compassionate individuals
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Resilient, empathetic problem-solvers
* Own vehicle and SA driver's licence desirable
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and undertake a First Aid and Manual Handling course
What you’ll learn
You will develop skills in person-centred care, communication, legal and ethical practice, personal care, promoting healthy lifestyles, basic first aid, and supporting the independence and wellbeing of older people.
