Our client, a leading automotive group located in Orange NSW, are seeking an experienced and talented Sales/Marketing Manager to lead their diverse team and drive growth in their thriving automotive mechanical and sales business.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the automotive sales department, including managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
As well as developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Role Requirements:
- At least 1 years fulltime working experience in automotive sales/ managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
- Hold industry recognised certificates and accreditation.
- Strong leadership skills & interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in market analysis and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
