Mudgeeraba State Special School are welcoming applications for a dedicated Deputy Principal to join their leadership team on a temporary full-time basis for the 2025 school year.
This is a temporary full-time position, to commence in Term 2 until 12 December 2025 unless otherwise determined.

As a Special Education Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
Be future-oriented and strategic.
Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
Manage department resources to achieve goals.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
