Senior Account Director
Lead complex digital accounts for enterprise clients.

About the role
You will lead a portfolio of major enterprise clients and become their trusted strategic partner.
This includes managing CMS, DXP and digital transformation programs, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence.
You will work closely with a mature delivery team across PMs, developers and strategists, with the support and structure of a well-established Perth agency.
What you will be doing
Strategic Leadership
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and understand their organisational and marketing goals
* Translate technical concepts into clear and simple language
* Lead annual and quarterly planning sessions and build strategic roadmaps
* Maintain alignment between client KPIs and the work delivered
Complex Digital Program Ownership
* Oversee enterprise CMS, Sitecore or DXP work across multi-stream programs
* Lead WIPs, planning sessions and BAU activity with confidence
* Partner closely with PM and Delivery teams to ensure clarity, accuracy and smooth execution
Growth and Commercial Ownership
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
* Support upsell, retainer growth and new service discussions
* Manage budgets, scopes and profitability across your portfolio
* Ensure strong forecasting, invoicing and financial hygiene
Account Delivery and Team Collaboration
* Ensure jobs and projects are properly resourced
* Support PMs with difficult conversations or scope adjustments
* Work closely with the Delivery team to support successful handovers
* Champion best-practice use of internal systems like Jira and Productive
People and Culture
* Mentor junior team members
* Support onboarding and training
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture
What you bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Account Director ready to step up
* Strong background in digital or integrated agency environments
* Confidence working on complex technical solutions such as Sitecore, CMS rebuilds or DXP programs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scopes and budgets
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative working style
