Coordinate, support, and lead a diverse team, fostering an excellent work environment through recruitment, development, and performance management. Implement operational excellence processes and tools to meet sales targets, optimise services, and improve consumer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity. Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike’s store strategy, focusing on our key priorities. Ensure compliance with all Nike standards and guidelines. Collaborate with team members across stores in Australia, NZ, and our Melbourne headquarters.
