In this hands-on role, you'll work with CNC and beam saw machines, support daily production flow, and help meet tight project lead times with precision and care.
If you've got a background in manufacturing, a basic understanding of wood machining or CNC operation, and enjoy working in a team-driven environment, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career.
* Operate CNC machines and beam saws to cut timber and MDF products
* Run flat bed machines and ensure quality and accuracy of each job
* Read job specifications and measure materials correctly
* Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
* Maintain machinery, clean workstations, and report faults when needed
* Follow production schedules and prioritise safety at all times
What You'll Need
* Manufacturing background with an understanding of process and flow
* Basic knowledge of wood machining or CNC (preferred but not essential)
* Forklift licence (preferred)
* Comfortable working with timber and sheet materials
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Reliability, great attitude, and willingness to learn new machines
