People and Culture Role

This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support. The ideal candidate will collaborate across the organisation to ensure our people practices reflect our values and enhance our employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
* Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences
* Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
* Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
* Support and guide Line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture
* Support internal communications and culture initiatives
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred)
* 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment
* Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
