We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high performing team based in Brisbane to specialise in the Accounting & Finance space.
Recruitment Consultants at Chandler Macleod are responsible for overseeing existing client accounts, identifying and developing new client relationships and managing end-to-end recruitment within the accounting and finance space.
We offer a huge range of tools to succeed including our bespoke built Bullhorn database, access to all major job boards and back end databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed etc), dashboard based lead sourcing resources, interviewing scribing tools and various automated tools to maximise our Consultant's time spent with our clients.
Core responsibilities:
* Market mapping, lead generation and sales activities
* Provision of best practice recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
* Ongoing management of candidate attraction and sourcing activities
* Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
To be successful, you will need:
* A proactive, professional and consultative approach to work
* Excellent rapport building and networking skills
* Energy and passion to achieve in an autonomous business role
* Tertiary education and previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment would be beneficial
