What you’ll be doing
Research graduates plan and conduct research into various issues to support their agency or department within the Queensland Government. They use strategic thinking to validate current ideas, identify trends, compare policies, understand best practices, and uncover emerging issues or opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
* Contributing to research and analysis on IT public policy and strategy
* Assisting with data preparation, reports, publications, and presentations
* Writing briefs, submissions, and correspondence
* Supporting projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks

Your degree may be in information technology, telecommunications, law, business, information management, engineering, commerce, or accounting.
Eligible applicants

Applications are open to international students residing in Australia with unrestricted work rights, who have graduated or will graduate by mid-2025, and whose qualifications are no older than three years.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed their degree between January 2022 and June 2025, provide evidence of full work rights in Australia, and have their overseas qualifications recognized in Australia if applicable.
Note: Relocation to Brisbane is mandatory for interstate applicants, who must cover their own moving costs.
