$150,000–$155,000 package (negotiable) + relocation assistance + temporary accommodation

The Opportunity
As Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, resident-centred culture within the home. You'll guide and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-focused care while ensuring efficient operations and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating clinical and care teams
* Managing operational performance, budgets, and service delivery outcomes
* Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding requirements, and governance obligations
* Developing strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders
* Promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
You are a confident and compassionate leader with solid experience in residential aged care. You value teamwork, lead by example, and are passionate about creating an environment where both residents and staff feel supported and respected.
What you'll bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
* At least 2 years' experience in an aged care leadership role (Facility Manager, Care Manager, or similar)
* Proven ability to maintain strong occupancy levels and quality outcomes
* Comprehensive understanding of accreditation, quality standards, AN-ACC, and compliance requirements
* Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Lead training (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* A values-led approach and genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of older people
Additional Requirements
* Current National Police Check
* Compliance with applicable public health vaccination requirements (e.g. influenza, COVID-19)
