 
        
        About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pallet Controller to manage our pallet accounts and crate operations at our Gold Coast Labrador site, with responsibilities extending to Lismore Site in the near future.
This is a dynamic role combining hands-on operational responsibility with problem-solving and teamwork across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
 * Daily reconciliation of pallet accounts and ordering of crates
 * Managing stock levels, transfers, and de-hires for pallets and crates
 * Identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies
 * Coordinating site-wide stock takes across multiple departments
 * Liaising with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to resolve transfer errors
 * Providing accurate reporting to support KPIs and supply chain outcomes
 * Supporting and training colleagues in pallet transfer processes and quality standards
About You:
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting
 * Experience in stock management, logistics, or supply chain operations
 * Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies quickly
 * Proficiency with pallet management platforms, ERP systems, or Excel
 * Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
