Our client’s projects range from mixed commercial (non-eba) refurbishment and fit-out of offices, schools, universities, and childcare centres to new-build luxury apartments and bespoke high-end residential. Due to an influx of upcoming projects, we are seeking a proactive Site Foreperson to support on-site operations, trade coordination, and quality delivery across projects. This role is primarily off-the-tools, with some hands-on work as required. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the Site Manager, and Leading Hands to keep sites running efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and onboard trades, including inductions and site briefings Maintain site standards, cleanliness, and professional presentation Monitor safety compliance and address issues proactively Conduct site walkthroughs, identify defects early, and track quality Support deliveries, logistics, and day-to-day site operations Assist with basic hands-on tasks and fill trade gaps when needed Communicate delays, clashes, and site updates to the project team About You Strong communication and coordination skills Solid understanding of construction site safety and quality standards Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Experience across multiple trades (carpentry/general works preferred) Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and documentation Additional Info Standard hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm Occasional interstate travel may be required If you believe you fit the criteria above, please send your resume to Halla@dashgroup.net.au
