Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of building surveying services, providing technical expertise and coordinating with teams to ensure compliance with relevant design standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting thorough building condition surveys to identify any defects or issues
* Preparing tender documentation for various projects
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require an interest in building surveying, A-Level qualifications or strong working experience, AutoCAD skills, and RICS Chartership. Additionally, you will need a full clean driving license and DBS Enhanced check.
Working Hours: This role requires standard office hours from Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
