We are an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (WGEA) and part of the Champions of Change Coalition.What You Will Be DoingWorking on replacing the ETD Futures and Options Clearing system, including clearing functionalities and interfaces.Engaging with stakeholders to elicit business, system, and operational requirements.Collaborating with subject matter experts for process and requirement definition.Creating business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Preparing business impact analysis documents and facilitating workshops.Analyzing current processes and mapping future state models.Reviewing and contributing to testing artifacts and approaches.Liaising with vendors and development teams on project progress and solutions.Consulting with operational units on system deployment, functionality, and configuration.Producing high-quality business analysis deliverables aligned with the ASX delivery framework.Participating actively in the Business Analyst Community of Practice.What You Will BringMust haveExperience working with vendors.Basic data analysis skills, e.g., SQL.Initiative and eagerness to learn from SMEs and systems.3+ years of Business Analysis or related analytical experience.Experience across full SDLC for small/medium projects.Understanding of business analysis fundamentals.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of business process modelling languages like BPMN and UML.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, independently and in teams.Big-picture thinking with attention to detail.Problem-solving skills and adaptability.Nice to haveKnowledge of clearing, ETD products, and trade lifecycle (futures and options).Experience with margin calculation and functional solution design.Business Analysis Certification (e.g., IIBA CCBA).Financial services background.Experience working within a matrix structure.Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience in product teams and change management.Proficiency with MS Visio, Lucid Charts, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools.Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).We consider skills, capabilities, and experience in our hiring decisions.
