This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something new and exciting. As the first point of contact with the Analytics and Insight team in People Services, you'll support the Senior Advisor and Manager by maintaining our HR and payroll systems and generating reports that inform decision-making across the Council.
You will also assist our Systems and Service Improvement team with projects, data analysis, and accurate record-keeping as needed.

Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
* Producing and distributing standard reports for the organization.
* Managing shared mailboxes, responding to queries and report requests to ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintaining the organizational management structure within HR systems by processing changes.
* Supporting large-scale data validation exercises, such as pay awards, progression, leave entitlements, and term-time working.
* Completing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* GCSE level education or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
* Proficiency in ICT, including Microsoft Office and Excel, for data analysis and presentation.
* Experience interpreting information from various sources to produce reports.
* Experience entering and maintaining data in computer systems.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team performance.
