The role:
Join the Crown Perth Leadership Team as the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Food & Beverage (F&B). In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with executives to shape strategy, set financial goals, and define the culture. You'll lead the business unit with a focus on growth, exceptional guest experiences, and a positive, inclusive culture.
Oversee Crown's F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, events, conferences, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing long-term growth strategies.
- Enhancing guest service and experiences.
- Leading a culture that reflects Crown's values.
- Making autonomous decisions on complex business issues.
- Innovating to create new growth opportunities.
- Increasing stakeholder value through new guest and employee experiences.
About you:
- Extensive senior/general management experience in large International 5-star F&B/Hotels/Casino/Resorts
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality/Commerce or a related discipline
- Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and driving change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence management and employees at all levels.
- Proven leadership in diverse and challenging environments, with a talent for leading people at all levels.
