About the Role:
As our Operations Supervisor – Gas Services, you will report to the Manager – Bulk Operations, with responsibility for leading and coordinating our Gas Services team in Kwinana. Your role will ensure people, assets, and operations are managed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of service for our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and guide your team. Success will come from your ability to lead from the front, foster a positive team culture, and drive performance in line with the KTrans Five Pillars.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Gas Services operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
- Communicate with customers to ensure premium service and strong relationships.
- Manage driver compliance, fatigue, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
- Track operational performance and provide timely reporting.
- Lead toolbox meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Drive maintenance planning, service schedules, and defect management.
- Provide visible leadership in-field, supporting drivers and aligning the team to the company culture.
- Step in to support operational activities, including occasional driving duties, to meet demand.
Role Requirements:
- Valid WA Driver's Licence - MC Licence preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or transport industry.
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Dangerous Goods requirements - DG Licence preferred.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
