Job Role: The Program Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of digital investments across the Australian Public Service (APS). Ensuring projects meet DTA's Digital and ICT Investment Oversight and Assurance Framework is their main objective.
This position involves providing independent oversight, risk management, and assurance activities for Tier 1, 2, and 3 projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing assurance plans for ICT projects;
* Providing expert advice on risk identification and mitigation strategies;
* Facilitating independent assurance reviews including gateway reviews;
* Liaising with project sponsors to ensure assurance activities are understood;
