About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to orchestrate the end-to-end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for our retail franchise network.
This role blends project coordination with hands-on marketing execution. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Content Creator, supplier and franchise partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
This is an in-office, hands-on role. We collaborate closely across support office, store teams and supplier partners to get the job done.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate campaign timelines, schedules and deliverables from briefing through to post-campaign reporting.
* Support catalogue production, photography shoots and distribution of POS materials across stores.
* Assist with the rollout of digital campaigns (social, email, paid advertising) and maintain digital asset libraries.
* Track competitor activity, gather franchisee feedback, and prepare reports.
* Act as first point of contact for franchise partners on marketing requests, ensuring brand consistency.
* Liaise with suppliers, designers and printers to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time.
* Compile campaign reports and analytics for review by the Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership team.

What You'll Bring
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing coordination, advertising, or campaign/project support (retail/franchise experience valued).
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
* Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to review creative assets.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* A collaborative style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
