Hospitality professional - bartender

Key Responsibilities:

* Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, ensuring that the bar remains well-stocked and organized at all times.
* Guest Focus: Stay focused on providing excellent guest experiences, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
* Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all relevant food and beverage regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

* Mixing and Serving Techniques: Possess excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, including cocktail preparation and presentation.
* Computer Literacy: Demonstrate computer literacy, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other software used in the hospitality industry.
* Communication Skills: Display a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
* Organization: Show ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
* Certification: Hold RSA certification or be willing to obtain it, demonstrating commitment to responsible service of alcohol.
