Job Description

Your role will involve a mix between senior duties and also case management providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks);
* Developing and implementing a plan for RTW and progressing the upgrade of this plan in consultation with key stakeholders (injured individual, employer, treaters, referring body, and other relevant parties).
* Mentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service (including SLA requirements) and billable minimum threshold;
* Assisting with the induction of new consultants and performance management processes;
* Customer relationship development;
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
* Collaborating across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Discipline;
* Full Professional Registration or Accreditation (AASW, ASORC, AHPRA, or ESSA);
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
* Fabulous communication skills – getting to know your clients and stakeholders is essential;
* Compassion and kindness go a long way, as does empathy;
* Well-developed time management skills are crucial in this role;
* A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is mandatory.
