Banking Consultant Job Overview
Job Description:
This role focuses on providing customers with a seamless banking experience. You will meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available financial solutions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of customer transactions, needs-based conversations, and product fulfillment based on their accreditation level.
As a Banking Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
* Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
* Ensure compliance with branch policies and procedures.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer focus, retail experience is an advantage. Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, working knowledge in using different digital channels is also an asset. Additionally, they should have the ability to multi-task, be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, and willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
