We streamline brand to creator collaborations through a data led, frictionless experience, driving measurable impact for Hospitality, Lifestyle, FMCG, Travel and Retail brands. We're building the future of influencer marketing and we're looking for ambitious, commercially savvy people to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a fast growing brand and play a central role in our Australian market launch.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a founding Business Development Manager to help us launch into Sydney and grow our market presence. An individual who is comfortable with outbound, pitching and negotiating deals of all sizes and managing the sales cycle end to end. Previous sales or influencer marketing experience with a focus on new business is desirable. The ultimate aim is to win new business across Sydney whilst building strategic partnerships. As the founding team member on the ground, you will have the ability to help shape the market and business success.

A natural self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment. Start up experience is preferred but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and target new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and relevant partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long term collaboration.
* Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
* Maintain and grow a high volume pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting revenue.
* Present product demos and value propositions confidently to potential clients/brands.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategy & GTM plans.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent people skills, with a passion of nurturing relationships and building new ones
* At ease presenting and working with C suite prospects
* Comfortable working towards revenue targets
* Creative thinker with a finger on the pulse of digital marketing
* Energy, initiative and drive for getting things done
* A passion for influencer marketing and growing something from the ground up
