Overview
Wagstaff Cranbourne Pty Ltd is a leading Lamb & Mutton meat processor located at Cranbourne East, south-east of Melbourne, Victoria.
We have installed an industrial X-ray machine to be used in the processing of carcases at the plant and need an experienced Electronics Engineer to reinstate, service, test, maintain and run the X Ray machine for the purpose of capturing images of ovine carcases to be used for cut positioning.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on position that requires daily oversight of the X-ray equipment, including running and maintenance aligned with production scheduling.
Reinstate, service, test, maintain and operate the X-ray machine for image capture of ovine carcases.
Qualifications and Experience
Valuable working knowledge of industrial X-ray equipment
Experience in the meat processing industry
High standard of hygiene practices and willingness to follow Company WHS policies and procedures
Ability to work in a team
Physically fit
Must undertake a full pre-employment medical and drug test, and have a Q-Fever vaccination or provide proof of prior vaccination
