We are seeking a commercially driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, drive revenue outcomes and elevate the Group’s presence across all channels.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who understands hospitality, thrives on performance metrics, and knows how to turn brand activity into measurable results.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across our hotels and venues, including:
* Leading end-to-end customer campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels
* Driving brand awareness, engagement and value perception
* Collaborating with hotel managers, F&B leaders and external agencies to exceed budgeted revenue targets
* Managing website performance, content updates and SEO strategy
* Overseeing social media strategy, content creation and brand voice
* Training and mentoring on-site teams to maximise local marketing impact
* Managing external marketing partners and suppliers
* Reporting on campaign performance, ROI and commercial outcomes
This role is equal parts strategy, creativity and commercial performance.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
