* Temporary up to 2 years – Full Time (35 HPW)
* Clerk Grade 7/8, base salary ($113,574 - $125,720), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

The Project and Program Coordinator support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating governance, reporting, procurement and financial processes. The role manages stakeholder communication and maintains project documentation to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, in line with agency project management frameworks.

What you'll do

This role provides essential project management and coordination support, including preparing reports, managing resources, maintaining documentation and monitoring project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.

You will also ....

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to support monitoring, evaluation and successful project outcomes.
* Assist project managers with procurement processes, including documentation, onboarding and offboarding of resources.
* Prepare briefing notes, track approvals and liaise with stakeholders to support timely program delivery.
* Support program financials by raising purchase orders, processing invoices and updating budget forecasts to ensure projects remain within budget.
* Coordinate communication, working groups and data collection to support stakeholder engagement, track progress and inform decision‐making.

What we're looking for

* Strong project coordination and prioritisation skills – Able to deliver a wide range of project support activities within tight deadlines, limited resources and competing priorities.
* Effective stakeholder engagement – Builds and maintains productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Reliable organisational and reporting capability – Consistently meets deadlines for status reporting and finance cycles, coordinating inputs from project managers and program leads.
