Commercial Growth Leader Position
We are seeking a commercially driven individual to lead growth initiatives, nurture key accounts and drive new business opportunities across our key markets.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales and marketing function ensuring leads are generated, nurtured and transitioned to our R&D team to close the deal. They will also provide leadership and direction to uplift current business development activity and build strong long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across key markets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
* Manage and nurture existing accounts ensuring exceptional service and alignment with client needs.
* Oversee marketing campaigns brand positioning and product promotions to maximise market presence.
* Collaborate closely with R&D and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
* Report on performance metrics market trends and pipeline development to the executive team.

* You will bring proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
* You have strong business development skills with the ability to generate and convert leads.
* You have exceptional relationship management and account development experience.
