About the Role
Working closely with a highly respected and results-driven sales professional, you will play an integral role in supporting daily operations, enabling growth, and contributing to the continued success of a thriving real estate business. This is a hands-on position suited to a proactive individual who enjoys accountability, leadership and being across every detail from appraisal through to settlement. Duties & Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of operational coordination and team support, ensuring seamless processes and an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating a high-performing sales team operating within Adelaide's suburbs
* Managing daily communication with clients, trades and styling teams
* Leading and driving daily team meetings
* Overseeing administration from appraisal through to settlement
* Liaising with conveyancers to prepare documentation prior to sale and settlement
* Preparing sales contracts, addendums, and agency agreements
* Organising and executing marketing campaigns and vendor timelines
* Managing open inspection schedules and vendor updates
* Preparing open inspection and auction packs
* Coordinating property settlements, including keys and settlement gifts
* Preparing and sending sales proposals and pre-listing kits
* Driving and maintaining the team's business plan
* Managing diaries across the team
* Monitoring and driving KPIs
* Assisting with field-based activities including letterbox drops, sold stickers, and client gifts
Skills and Experience
