ROLE IN A NUTSHELL The Marketing Specialist – Shoe Warehouse & Myer Concession is a 10-month contract responsible for bringing seasonal marketing plans to life across multiple channels. This role is all about planning, executing, and delivering campaigns that support brand growth, drive customer engagement, and achieve commercial objectives. You’ll be the key marketing contact for Myer’s footwear concession business, working closely with both internal stakeholders and the Myer marketing team to deliver content, activations, and media plans that connect with customers. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Develop and execute seasonal marketing plans to support product launches, key collections, store openings, and brand activations Coordinate content asset production—leading execution across key channels including retail, wholesale, and digital Act as the primary marketing contact for Myer Footwear Concession, collaborating on seasonal plans, asset delivery, and campaign execution Partner with Group Digital teams to develop and implement paid digital and social strategies Manage creative assets, campaign development, and influencer/social content for owned and partner channels Monitor performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns in real time Conduct competitor research and stay across best practice marketing trends Support reporting, budget management, and marketing administration to ensure smooth campaign delivery ABOUT YOU You are a skilled marketer with 3 years of experience, ideally in retail, fashion, sport, or consumer goods, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re confident managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from seasonal planning to execution across multiple channels. With strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, you’re just as comfortable building relationships with stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver content. You bring creative flair, excellent communication skills, and resilience under pressure, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a bonus.
