Liverpool Hospital is looking for a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant (Grade 2) to coordinate our innovative Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) program.As the TAVI CNC Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in guiding patients through every stage of their care journey—from referral to recovery. It also provides a range of state-wide services in areas such as critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care and brain injury rehabilitation.The Hospital provides a health service of international standing, with 23 operating theatres, capacity for 877 beds, diagnostic and imaging services, emergency and trauma care, maternity, paediatric, cancer care, mental health, ambulatory care, allied health and medical and surgical services from birth to aged care.Liverpool Hospital is currently undergoing a major redevelopment. How have you ensured timely assessments, diagnostics, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration in a high-acuity setting such as TAVI?Provide an example of how you have supported a patient and their family through a complex cardiac procedure. How did you communicate clinical information, manage expectations, and ensure the patient felt informed and empowered throughout their journey?The TAVI CNC plays a key role in developing and refining clinical workflows.
