The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, previous experience in 3PL customer service and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties. Scheduling FCL Scheduling Export Customer Communication on scheduling changes delays - Working Directly with Allocators Wharf Exception - Import Wharf Acceptance - Export Monitoring Customs / Bio Security requirements Aqis management - Working with Local AQIS team for bookings Correct staging in yard - Bond Containers Monitor jobs WF-CUST - YD - MT leg completion Monitor customer specific empties (Trailers at customers) Monitor CSO, customer checks Review adhoc's and capture additional TPT / additional shipment charging Client systems - Specific administration and data management (additional experience req) Yard diggout planning and VGM management Cross training on Mirroring, Wharf planning, Allocation Scheduling 3PL unpack (ADHOC Requests AQIS)- WFT, LITS monitoring Drop downs and WMS Generic PWS Upload for FCL clients / AQIS accounts if required - occasional Scheduling CFS unpacks (ADHOC Requests AQIS) CFS Tally in and out - Blind Gate In and Gate out FCL / LCL -container work order monitoring LCL Scheduling, creation of tautliner jobs and daily monitoring of scheduled loads, back loads Qualifications and Skills: Previous experince in 3PL customer service highly valued High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher Highly organised Resilient If you feel that you meet the above mentioned criteria, please apply now or email Hannah Limond at hlimond@lpcommercial.com.au.
