The Role
We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to keep facilities safe, reliable, and running smoothly.
In this mobile role, you'll partner with our clients and the BGIS team to deliver high-quality services using safe systems of work, with strong support for wellbeing, development, and career growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Inspect and maintain refrigeration, chilled water systems, and BMS controls
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites
Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and stakeholders
Your Education, Experience & Skills
Trade Licence in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
Minimum 2+ years' experience as an HVAC Technician
Current Manual Driver's Licence & White Card
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
