Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging gymnastics programs that cater to various age groups and skill levels.
* Contribute to the professional development of junior staff members, promoting a culture of support and collaboration.
* Promote and expand our gymnastics programs, ensuring their success and appeal to a wide audience.
* Maintain equipment in excellent condition, guaranteeing participant safety and well-being.
Requirements
* Minimum Intermediate Coaching Accreditation with current technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland.
* Supervisor certificate (desirable).
* Demonstrated expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.
