About the Brand
A fast-scaling, digital-first fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong aesthetic, cult following, and sharp growth trajectory. They're expanding their in-house digital team and are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive site performance, retention, and overall digital growth. You'll join a small, talented team including an Ecommerce Executive and Graphic Designer to lift digital performance across all channels.
The Opportunity
This is a key role for someone who can own ecommerce performance and either:
* Ecommerce + CRM
(Klaviyo, retention, campaigns)
OR
* Ecommerce + Paid Media
(Meta/TikTok, paid campaigns, performance tracking)
If you have
all three – ecommerce, CRM, and paid media
– even better
You'll lead strategy and execution across the digital ecosystem, optimise site performance, run experiments, and use data to drive revenue and customer growth.
What You'll Do
Ecommerce Ownership
* Optimise site experience: PDPs, navigation, funnels, checkout.
* Manage merchandising, product placement, and onsite trading levers to drive conversion.
* Run experiments, analyse performance, and translate insights into action.
* Work closely with design to deliver fresh, conversion-led ideas.
CRM & Retention (if applicable)
* Own Klaviyo: segmentation, automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
* Build behaviour-based journeys to nurture high-value customers.
* Plan and execute weekly campaigns aligned with product drops and brand moments.
* Analyse retention metrics and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
Paid Media (if applicable)
* Oversee paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, or other digital channels.
* Monitor performance, optimise creatives, audiences, and budgets.
* Report on ROI and conversion metrics to inform strategy.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
* Analyse user behaviour and identify friction points.
* Test, measure, and iterate using structured frameworks.
* Present insights linking CRO improvements to commercial outcomes.
Who You Are
* Strong experience in
ecommerce
, plus either
CRM
or
paid media
(all three is ideal).
* Deep knowledge of Klaviyo, flows, segmentation, and automation (if CRM).
* Hands-on experience with CRO, UX, site performance, and analytics tools (GA4, Databox, Polar, etc.).
* Creative, commercially minded, and data-driven.
* Fast, decisive, and able to execute initiatives with precision while communicating clearly.
