Event Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and efficient Event Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, excellent communication skills, and be highly organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing relationships with venues and staff: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including venue managers, event staff, and other relevant parties.
* Identifying potential venues and negotiating with them: Research and identify suitable venues for events, negotiate contracts and agreements as needed.
* Coordinating on-site event staff and ensuring they are trained in their duties: Manage and coordinate event staff, including training and briefing them on event details.
* Daily reporting to project managers about the status of each event: Provide regular updates to project managers on event progress, highlighting any challenges or issues.
* Ensuring production and sanitary materials are correctly distributed in the venue: Oversee the distribution of necessary equipment and supplies at events.
