Job Description

Ashfords is Melbourne's Southeast's largest independently owned multidisciplinary firm. Across eight specialist service lines, we combine energy, agility, and commercial insight to deliver standout outcomes for every client—supported by a culture built on diversity, growth, and integrity.

About the Role

We're looking for an Intermediate Auditor to support a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with our Partners and senior stakeholders, you'll set the standard for quality delivery, strengthen client relationships, and provide practical, commercial advice that helps clients move forward with confidence. You'll thrive in this role if you're a hands‐on auditor who takes ownership from start to finish—setting clear direction, coaching your team to do their best work, and applying calm and commercial judgement. You'll be backed by a connected leadership group and the wider Ashfords team, with the opportunity to improve the way we work and genuine opportunities to keep growing your capability.
