Top Cut Foods are seeking a top performing Batch Cook - to join our production team at our Currumbin location. Ideal candidates will be physically fit, comfortable working as part of a team environment and able to maintain consistent attendance.
All candidates must be self-motivated and have a reliable form of transport. There is opportunity to earn penalty rates for working overtime.

Typical tasks:
Preparation, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to correct specification.
Follow instructions and recipes.
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain a clean workspace.
Have previous experience in machine operation – industrial kitchen, highly regarded.
All other ad-hoc tasks as directed.
To be considered:
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products.
HACCP ideal and understand safe food handling skills.
Capable of working in a humid work environment.
Good numeracy and literacy.
Must be physically capable.
Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen i.e. - Chef, cook and or have retail food experience (KFC, McDonalds, or Hungry Jacks), ideal.
You must have your own reliable transport.
