The Role
We're seeking an experienced NDIS Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with genuine work-from-home flexibility and the ability to manage your own hours around organizational needs. You'll play a key part in maintaining our NDIS accreditation and supporting ongoing regulatory compliance while driving best practice, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
* Maintain NDIS accreditation and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
* Work closely with the Director and operational team to strengthen governance and risk management
* Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and systems in line with NDIS Practice Standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across the organization
* Support the delivery of person-centered services through robust quality systems
* Ensure systems and practices remain scalable as the organization grows
* Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
* Conduct internal audits and quality reviews

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience in NDIS quality and compliance roles
* Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
* Experience developing and implementing quality management systems
* Understanding of governance, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred:
* Experience with small, growing NDIS organizations
* Background in disability services or allied health
* Audit or quality certification experience
