L3 Integrated Logistics Support Manager
This critical role in our team requires a highly capable and experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to deliver key Defence capability through strategic planning, coordination, and management of ILS activities across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle in support of major Defence programs.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead ILS strategies and implementation across procurement, acquisition, and sustainment phases, ensuring alignment with Defence policy and standards. Prior experience working with CASG and within ITAR-restricted environments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive ILS strategies that integrate logistics considerations into overall project planning.
* Manage the delivery of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, technical data, and training.
* Lead procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure optimal through-life support outcomes.
* Engage with CASG stakeholders, OEMs, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with program deliverables and Defence requirements.
* Ensure all logistics support activities comply with Defence policies, ITAR requirements, and security protocols.
* Oversee logistics risk assessments and supportability analysis.
* Provide input into Statements of Work, tender evaluations, and contract deliverables.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Certified in ILS or logistics supportability disciplines.
* Familiarity with MIL-STD and ISO standards for logistics and sustainment.
* Proven experience in ILS management within the Defence sector, ideally as part of an MSP.
* Demonstrated experience in procurement and acquisition support, including working within CASG frameworks.
* Strong understanding of Defence logistics policies, the One Defence Capability System (ODCS), and ASDEFCON templates.
* NV1 Security Clearance – essential.
* Ability to work within ITAR-restricted environments – essential.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex logistics projects.
