About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team, providing high‐quality clinical care and support to elderly residents in a warm and respectful environment. In this role you will deliver person‐centred care and work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, wellbeing and dignity. This is an annual leave reliever role, rotating across multiple shifts each roster period, including AM, PM, Night duties and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high‐quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards and AHPRA requirements
* Develop, implement and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Barwon Health IT systems
* Promote a positive team culture and contribute to continuous improvement, safety and quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Current registration as a Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* Strong clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills
* Understanding of Aged Care Standards and commitment to person‐centred care
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
* A compassionate, respectful and professional approach to caring for older people
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and computer literacy skills
