As the Client Experience Manager at Assured Business and Wealth Advisors Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall client experience, with a focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships. This full‐time position is based in Morphett Vale, SA 5162.

What you'll be doing
* Proactively manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
* Provide a high‐level of personalised service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the advisory team to develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies.
* Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the client experience.
* Contribute to the development of client‐facing resources, tools and processes to streamline interactions and maximise efficiency.
* Actively participate in client events and networking activities to build brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date client records and documentation.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a client‐facing role, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
* Minimum of 3–4 years of client‐facing experience required.
* Professional services industry experience is essential for this position.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships.
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
* Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and a genuine interest in the financial services industry.
