PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies is a multi faceted healthcare supplies business based in Moonah, Tasmania stocking a comprehensive range of continence, wound care and personal health care products. We service the NDIS, disability and aged care sectors via online and phone sales and offer state-wide door to door delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Administration and Sales for a permanent part time role with an immediate start.

Key Tasks:

* Process online, email and phone sales orders in an efficient, professional and timely manner

* Respond to enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on products and services via phone, or in writing as per organisational processes and standards

* Update and maintain customer records and databases, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and compliant with privacy principles

* Provide a range of administrative and support services, including but not limited to office management tasks and event coordination, to support the effective operation PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies

* Pro-actively communicate with our customer base on a regular basis

* Record and resolve customer complaints in a timely, empathetic manner

* Work cooperatively with other staff and stakeholders

Key Competencies:

* Communication. Ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner. Ability to communicate in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.

* Problem Solving/Conflict resolution: Ability work through actions that attain the best outcome for the customer that also meet the needs of the organisation

* Empathy. Demonstrated ability to understand and identify with customer needs and communicate accordingly.

* Technical skills. Competent with Microsoft Office suite of products and integrated CRM systems (Netsuite experience an advantage)

* Industry Knowledge. Background in the Healthcare industry, product knowledge and experience servicing NDIS customers and stakeholders

A WWVP card and National Police Check are a mandatory requirement of the role. Persons with spinal cord injury or physical disability are encouraged to apply.
