Manage a premium portfolio end-to-end with a focus on retention and performance Build long-term, trusted relationships with landlords and renters Oversee complex maintenance and high-level client matters Support and mentor junior team members where needed Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews strategically Handle VCAT matters with confidence Ensure full compliance with Victorian legislation ABOUT YOU You're established, capable, and ready to take on more than just your own portfolio. 2 years' experience in residential property management Strong, working knowledge of VIC tenancy legislation Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail Natural leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others Agent's Representative Certificate Driver's licence and reliable vehicle You take ownership of your work —and you're looking for a role that gives you room to grow into something more.
