This position involves designing, developing and implementing high-quality learning solutions to build organisational capability. The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitation and presentation, with a strong focus on delivering timely and effective results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Learning Design and Development: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver a range of learning solutions that address capability needs and directions.
* Training Resource Creation: Create high-quality training resources for face-to-face, blended and online delivery, ensuring they are engaging, linked to scheme outcomes and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Digital Learning Asset Creation: Develop engaging digital learning assets, including photos, images, infographics, video, audio and e-learning content, incorporating Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where required.
* Facilitation and Support: Provide facilitation and/or facilitation support for workshops, including both face-to-face and online sessions.
* Team Collaboration: Share technical/specialist expertise and knowledge with team members to strengthen overall team capability and performance.
* Process Improvement: Investigate, analyse and recommend opportunities for improvement or change to learning solutions and programs in response to legislative changes, new policies, processes and systems, emerging issues or revisions of National Training Packages.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of competency-based and technical training programs, preferably within a VET or regulated environment.
* Demonstrated experience in formal instructional design techniques and processes based on adult learning principles and practice.
* Experience using e-learning/authoring tools, including Articulate, Captivate and Adapt, to develop engaging, creative and customisable e-learning assets.
* Proven ability to work with various stakeholder groups to ensure learning solutions align with business objectives.
* Excellent project management skills covering development, planning, implementation and evaluation stages of projects.
* Highly developed problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills within a learning and development context.
* Tertiary qualification in VET, minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or equivalent).
