Key Responsibilities（Australia TBR/PCR）:
1、Plan the business development strategy
* Assist in formulating the annual business development plan, clarify business goals and follow up with the annual sales goal achievement;
* Based on the company's strategic goals and industry development trends, formulate the overall market channel strategy and supervise its implementation.
2、Market analysis and research
* Conduct in-depth analysis of the tyre market, including market trends, competitor dynamics, changes in consumer demand, etc., to provide the company with accurate market forecasts and decision support;
* Study market conditions, track industry development trends and competitor dynamics, and pay attention to strategic opportunities.
3、Customer development and relationship maintenance
* Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through effective market penetration and account management;
* Responsible for developing new customers, expanding and optimizing market channels;
* Maintaining existing customer relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty;
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
4、Sales support and business expansion
* Formulate and implement marketing plans and achieve sales targets;
* Coordinate internal resources of the company, support the work of the sales team, and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process;
* Help to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry ; especially strong knowledge and experience in TBR;
* Proven track record of driving business growth, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market;
* Experience working in Australia or with Australian customers is highly desirable;
* Skills and Competencies:
* Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
* Superior communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellence in marketing insight and investigation.
* Excellent knowledge of Australian tyre market.
* Fluency in English is essential.
