The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources across multiple Evermore entities. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
The position is based on-site in Forster, NSW, working closely with senior leaders and operational managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all HR functions across multiple Evermore entities
* End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a diverse workforce
* Payroll processing and award interpretation
* Employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
* HR compliance with Fair Work, Awards, and NES
* Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
* Support audits, reporting, and governance requirements
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Manager
* Strong payroll experience and award knowledge
* Experience recruiting across multiple roles or entities
* Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Highly regarded:
* Experience in aged care, health, or community services
* HR or payroll qualifications
* Experience working in multi-entity environments
